Osteopathic Personal Trainig

Personal training with me aims to help individuals move better by addressing any underlying issues that may be hindering their physical function. The approach is based on an osteopathic mindset, which recognizes that the body functions as a whole, and that posture and movement is fundamental to our overall health and well-being.

This type of personal training focuses on improving foundational human movements such as standing, walking, running, and throwing, which are essential for daily living activities. A very functional approach is taken to training, meaning that movements are broken down into their individual components, and exercises are designed to improve each component’s function. This approach can help individuals build a strong foundation for more complex movements and prevent injury. 


Why buy a fixed program?

Fixed programs are good for those seeking inspiration and who like to know exactly what and how to approach their workout routine. Depending on your experience and knowledge, different programs and difficulty levels may be required.
